Foliar Feed Your Garden
Foliar feeding your garden is a way to increase plant nutrition. Plants can absorb nutrients within seconds through their leaves, use what they need and excrete the remainder to the roots, which in turn feed the micro-organisms living in your soil.
It is essential to apply with a sprayer that has a fine mist output. Hold the sprayer 1 to 2 feet above the top of the plants, at a normal walking speed, spraying as you go. We recommend the Kwazar brand sprayer because the nozzle can be adjusted to a fine mist and are built to last.
Using high quality plant foods that are nutritionally balanced and include a robust trace mineral package will increase flavor, plant and soil health, and result in feeding your family better.

All rates per gallon of water.
½ cup … ISP 4-18-38
¼ cup … ISP MetaCal
Apply this drench as the first fruit appears every week through harvest. Take the head off your watering can and pour this solution around the perimeter of the plants at a rate of 10 plants per gallon of water.
